President Donald Trump signed the Pallone-Thune Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence (TRACED) Act into law on December 30. 2019. The TRACED Act broadens the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) authority to combat illegal robocalls.
